Shipping: Items being posted within Ireland will take 2/3 working days using the DPD service. Items being shipped to the UK, will take 3/4 working days using the DPD service. Items being shipped internationally will take a maximum of 10 working days using the DPD service. The customer will receive notification the day there item has been sent for shipping and there tracking number.
Insurance: We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the customer’s specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for the customer’s purchased goods passes to the customer. If the customer has specified a recipient who is not themselves for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then the customer accepts that evidence of a signature by this recipient (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Angela Beaumont and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
We shall have no liability to the customer for any failure to deliver goods they have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Refunds of in-stock items: We want to ensure the customer’s complete satisfaction. For online purchases of in-stock items we will accept Items not worn, used or damaged for a full refund as set out below. Customer satisfaction is top priority, and as such it handles each query on an individual basis to the best of its ability. While we hope that the customer is delighted with their order, if they are not perfectly satisfied we will happily offer a full refund or exchange. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging. Please follow the steps below:

The customer must notify the team of their intentions to return the Item within 48 hours of delivery and apply for a RMC (Return Merchandise Code) code. Email - firstname.lastname@example.org
Once provided with the RMC code, items must be returned within 14 days of the date of the return request. Returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted.
The item is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches our head office. For the customer’s own protection, we recommend that the customer sends the parcel using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility.
All successfully returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes, import duties or shipping charges incurred. This process can take up to 30 days. With exchanges, the customer’s new item(s) will be shipped to them as soon as we receive the returning package and any additional payment which is required.
Please note: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. We are not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.

If there is a serious flaw in the garment, one that is un-resolvable, we offer a %50 refund on made-to-order items. Bespoke Items: All bespoke items are non-refundable.This is due the vast amount of work that goes into producing/developing an individual garment and due the collaboration aspect between the client and the designer a fundamental flaw rarely happens. Where a flaw may occur in the finished garment, please email email@example.com immediately, we will collect the item, repair it and deliver it back to you, with no cost incurred to the client.
